Also, interact with your children. They are more sensitive to changes like these so as a parent, you are the best person they can turn to. Lastly, take care of yourself. People tend to break their regular routines because of the demanding schedules of moving. Continue to eat and sleep regularly so you will be in your best physical condition during the challenging transition.
